One of the most artistic baseball cards are the 1911 T3 Turkey Red Cabinets, with this outstanding PSA 3.5 VG+ offering of HOF second-sacker Johnny Evers revealing a scarce mid-grade assessment. One of only four examples at this level. Few baseball fans, of a certain age, haven't heard of the "Tinker to Evers to Chance" double-play combination that led the Cubs to two World Championships in 1907 and 1908, with Evers also pacing the "miracle" Boston Braves to a sweep of the heavily favorite Athletics in the 1914 World Series. Nicknamed "the Crab", this brilliant Evers fielding pose portrays stellar aesthetics, with its sparkling hues and crystal-clear clarity stealing the show.
