(LOT 1943)
Eagles 1976 Test Pressing Multi-Signed Hotel California Album with Henley, Frey, Meisner, Walsh & Felder JSA LOA

SUCH A LOVELY PLACE!!! In the early 1970s, rock n' roll was raging, with the late '60s producing incredible rock bands like Cream, The Who, The Doors, Buffalo Springfield and, of course, the Beatles and Rolling Stones. The Eagles formed in 1971 with founders Don Henley and Glenn Frey, who worked together as musicians for Linda Ronstadt. Henley and Frey recruited Don Felder, Randy Meisner and Joe Walsh to complete their lineup. After three successful albums, The Eagles landed the first of four straight #1 albums with One of These Nights in 1975 and followed it a year later with Hotel California. Hotel California sold more than 32 million copies worldwide, featured two #1 singles, including the title track "Hotel California" and "New Kid in Town" and remains the sixth highest selling album of all time. Presented here is an 11/12/76 Test Pressing of Hotel California signed by the five band members, including Henley, Frey, Walsh, Meisner and Felder, all presenting in "8-10" strength. The blank sleeve, which shows some age toning, still holds the typewritten paper set list, the song durations and the record enclosed, also blank. Artwork was evidently in production. JSA LOA included.
