After 10 years in the big leagues with Brooklyn Dodgers, Duke Snider established himself as one of the three premier center fielders in New York with Mays and Mantle and one of the most feared hitters in the Majors. With a .306 average in his first decade, Snider collected 1,470 hits including 263 doubles and 276 homers, He also led Brooklyn to five National League pennants and the Dodgers' first ever World Series title. Presented here is an absolutely gorgeous and near-perfectly centered card from 1957 of Duke Snider. In his final year in Brooklyn, Snider slammed 40 home runs while batting .274 and driving in 92 runs.
