Trio of 1964 Photo Linen Emblems; Mantle, Maris, Koufax
Offered is a trio of stars from the 1964 Photo Linen Emblems set including Mickey Mantle, Sandy Koufax and Roger Maris. This unique issue featured players' black-and-white image on an oval patch surrounded in red embroidered thread. Maris looks good in his original cellophane-wrapped package; Mantle appeared to have been opened and Koufax comes sans packaging. Interesting and unique offering here.
