Currently, there are only some 150 PSA encapsulated U.S. Caramel Ruths versus a substantial 5,300+ PSA Goudey Ruths for all four subjects (an average of some 1,325 per subject!). Simple math tells us that the 1932 U.S. Caramel Ruth PSA population is only 11% of a single Goudey Ruth, substantiating why this PSA 2 example is a most significant offering.
