Babe Ruth & Jimmy Foxx Dual-Signed Album Page PSA/DNA Encapsulated
BAMBINO & THE BEAST!!! The title page from an autograph album has been dual signed by Baseball Hall of Famers Babe Ruth and Jimmie Foxx. In the baseball season of 1932, Jimmie Foxx, known then and now as "Double X" and "The Beast", made a concerted assault on Babe Ruth's HR record of 60 in a season. The Philadelphia A's strong boy came up two short, ending his season with a total of 58. Both legends competed against each other for a decade between 1925-1935. In our opinion, autographs grade a conservative 7/8. While Ruth was a 1936 first ballot inductee, Foxx entered the Hall in 1951. Two momentous legends on a single page, extraordinary to say the least!
