1955-57 Brooklyn Dodgers Picture Pack Signed Jackie Robinson PSA/DNA 10 GEM MINT Autograph – POP 1; The Sole Signed Example on the PSA Pop Chart!

POP 1 SIGNED JACKIE!!! Vintage collectors should take a really close look at this one because you might not see it again! Presented here is an absolutely breathtaking 1955-57 Brooklyn Dodgers Jackie Robinson picture pack portrait illustration that just happens to be signed by the immortal Cooperstown inductee. Newly discovered in a northeast find, it boasts a pinnacle PSA 10 GEM MINT Jackie Robinson signature, just so happening to be the SOLE scripted example on the PSA Pop Chart. If that doesn't quench your thirst, consider that this signed heirloom also resides as the only signed example for ALL of the Dodgers subjects. Measuring 5" x 7" and first distributed in the 1955 campaign when Brooklyn would finally capture their first World Championship, these superb black and white portrait collectibles were first offered in 1940 at Ebbets Field souvenir stands.

Their super popularity gave credence for the Brooklyn organization to continue releasing them throughout the 1957 season, and they were also sold for 25 cents as a complete set in white envelopes. Unfortunately, the Dodgers' eventual move to Los Angeles in 1958 ended their production, and this autographed Jackie Robinson keepsake truly turns back the clock to the year when Dem Bums would finally best the mighty Yankees in a tightly contested seven-game Fall Classic. Signed in black ink, the awe-inspiring "Jackie Robinson" signature is neatly situated across his Dodgers flannels, with the super consistent penmanship rightfully earning the supreme 10 assessment. Of course, any Jackie Robinson memento is highly coveted throughout the collecting community, let alone a PSA POP 1 marvel that, to the best of our knowledge, stands as the only known signed example.

His unparalleled standing as our National Pastime's inaugural African-American MLB player has elevated his cards and memorabilia to a stratospheric level, with the unbridled courage displayed by him and Branch Rickey in 1947 truly echoing for eternity. With regard to his autographed cards, the past year has seen the value of his scripted cardboard issues skyrocket, tantamount to an ICBM missile, substantiated by his autographed 1948/'49 Leaf card fetching nearly $600K in 2023! There certainly appears to be no limit for these rising pricing points, and what better signed issue to own than this Dodgers Picture Pack subject portraying a magnificent portrait image of the iconic Jackie. Emanating the finest possible crystal-clear clarity and similar to the dexterity of the fleet-footed Jackie escaping from a basepath rundown, this world-class offering has side-stepped any serious flaws, with Jackie's classic pose strikingly similar to the images affixed to his renowned 1952, 1953, 1955 and 1956 Topps subjects.

The bold black "JACKIE ROBINSON, Dodgers" caption across the lower border is completely intact, and the relatively clean surfaces as well as somewhat square corners exhibit near-mint aesthetics. A unique offering, its (1) PSA 10 Jackie Robinson autograph, (2) undisputed one-of-a-kind PSA census report status, and (3) overall breathtaking presentation all combine to form a Hall of Fame trifecta for this one and only Jackie Roosevelt Robinson masterpiece. As an additional attribute, we simply cannot recall the last time we came across a sighed Jackie Robinson issue sporting the near-impossible PSA 10 autograph. A golden opportunity, indeed, for the elite Jackie autograph enthusiast to capture one of his momentous scripted keepsakes that serves as a steadfast reminder of how this incredibly brave individual tuned the baseball world upside down via his landmark 1947 signing!
