(LOT 64)
1951 Bowman #32 Duke Snider PSA 9 MINT - Only One PSA Example Graded Higher!

THE DUKE OF FLATBUSH!!! One of a mere eleven PSA examples at this hallowed tier, this PSA 9 MINT 1951 Snider gem has only been bested by a single PSA 10! Along with Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle, the Duke battled throughout the 1950s for New York supremacy at the center field position. One of the few players in baseball history to have hit 40 or more home runs in five consecutive seasons and the first National Leaguer to accomplish that feat, Snider was adored by a seemingly infinite number of Brooklyn Dodger fanatics.

This pack-fresh wonder has certainly defied the past 72 years, with its crisp surfaces, crystal-clear Snider swinging pose, robust hues, sharp corners and fine centering only slightly favoring the lower edge, all justifying the lofty assessment. One of Snider's finest, it proudly sits near the top of the PSA Pop Chart, anxiously awaiting a final resting place in any esteemed PSA Registered gathering!
