1969-70 Topps Rulers Complete Registered Set - #11 on Set Registry with 6.04 GPA
MEASURING UP!!! The 1969-70 Topps Rulers set was one of the more unique issues from the Topps Company with each ruler measuring 2-1/2" x 9-7/8" and featuring a colorful cartoonish image of an NBA player. This 23-"card" set displayed a ruler at right, giving collectors the height of each player. Offered here is the #11 ranked complete set according to PSA Set Registry with a GPA of 6.04. This high-grade assembly carries three PSA 8 NM-MT cards, seven PSA 6s, ten PSA 5s, one PSA 4 and two PSA 3s.
