(LOT 120)
1932 U.S. Caramel #28 Edward Brandt (Brant) PSA 8.5 NM-MT+ Only 4 PSA Examples Graded Higher!

HIGH-GRADE CARAMEL!!! One of the highly coveted 1932 U.S. Caramel subjects is this sensational PSA 8.5 NM-MT+ Edward Brandt POP 1 offering. It's been bested by a mere four PSA examples, rightfully earning it a place near the top of the illustrious PSA Pop Chart! Boston Braves southpaw Ed Brandt's 18 wins in 1931 prompted the U.S. Caramel Co. to issue his #28 subject in their prestigious set. The crafty left-handed twirler never looked better via his stunning portrait image, which has miraculously retained virtually all of its factory-issued attributes. Crystal-clear clarity, a robust red setting, near-immaculate surfaces, fine centering, and a relatively clean verso all combine to justify the world-class grade. Pack-fresh, to say the least, it has stubbornly defied 91 years of potential wear and truly merits a place in any world-class PSA registered set!
