Extraordinary 1967 Topps Complete 624-Card Master Set - #9 On the Current PSA Set Registry w/ a Spectacular PSA 8.165 GPA w/ Top Pop Bonuses!

1967 TOPPS MASTER SET!!! The 1960s was one of America's tumultuous decades to say the least. Starting with one of the closest presidential elections when John F. Kennedy eked out a victory by the slightest margin versus Richard Nixon, and ending with the highly celebrated Woodstock concert and our astronauts' inaugural landing on the moon, the 1960s produced some of the most memorable events in our Nation's glorious history. Unfortunately, many of those historic moments were tragic to say the least, including the assassination of the iconic Kennedy brothers and the revered Martin Luther King, as well as the horrific Vietnam War and its associated riots. Through it all, however, the Topps Chewing Gum Company continued its ultra-popular annual distribution of a multitude of Major League baseball player subjects with the 1967 issue arguably considered the finest set of the 1960s, and one of the most coveted issues ever distributed by the prestigious baseball card distributor.

With that in mind, presented here is one of the most miraculous Topps compilations ever assembled; a 100% complete 1967 Master 624-card set including all 15 player variations and listed as the 9th finest gathering on the illustrious PSA Set Registry (titled: "NITRO 1967 TOPPS BASEBALL-MASTER"). Most significantly, the eye appeal of a majority of these cards is beyond outstanding including fine centering, sparkling colors, and razor-sharp corners, with our esteemed consignor obviously cherry picking virtually all of these breathtaking cardboard gems. Along with the aforementioned three PSA 10s, there are 136 PSA 9s; 27 PSA 8.5s; and a whopping 453 PSA 8s. Grades for the five additional cards completing the 624-card master set are one PSA 8 (OC); two PSA 6s; one PSA 5 and one PSA 4.

It is no secret that the renowned 1967 Topps set has always been one of the most desirable compilations due to its bright central images and team name colors. Additionally, not only does it include the typical array of legendary 1960s Hall of Famers, but most significantly, two of the iconic hobby rookie cards with the high-numbered Tom Seaver and Rod Carew inaugural cards highly coveted in the sports card collecting industry. An extremely difficult quantity of high-numbered stars/commons (checklist #s 534-609) as well as 15 player variation cards also provide a challenge for the sophisticated set collectors with this spine tingling master set offering all 15 of those excruciatingly tough variations. After initially examining this world-class lot card by card, it didn't take long to realize that this set had been meticulously pieced together over an extensive number of years with extreme patience, in a relentless quest to build one of the premier 1967 Topps gatherings on the planet. True, there are eight sets that exceed the amazing 8.165 GPA, but we challenge anyone to find a baseball card set from any year that depicts the pack-fresh aesthetics of nearly all of these 624 cards.

Nearly 40 primary cards depict players enshrined in Cooperstown, New York including incomparable legends such as Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Rose, Clemente, Seaver, Gibson, Drysdale, Ford, Robinson (Brooks & Frank), Carew, Carlton, Palmer, and Bench, just to mention a few of the immortal diamond heroes. Furthermore, this HOF count excludes the myriad of Hall of Famers represented on "League Leader", Checklist, Team, Novelty (e.g., "Bengal Belters", Pitt Power, etc.) and World Series subjects. As previously mentioned, the vast array of star cards include two of the hobby's most iconic high-number rookie subjects (Tom Seaver & Rod Carew - both graded PSA 8s), and all the remaining high-numbered series cards (#s 534-609) that are tough to locate in any grade.

Regarding some of the impressive Pop Chart data, five cards (including the three PSA 10s) are the highest graded examples; 16 cards reflect only one card graded higher and 18 reflect a mere two specimens graded higher. Not even the most meticulous enthusiast could possibly fathom the painstaking task of assembling all 624 cards over a seemingly endless period of time. To reiterate, practically all of the offered cards offer aesthetically pleasing centering, bright colored images, pin-point corners, and sharp edging. While other high-grade sets exist in the hobby, only a handful could possibly match the nearly unparalleled eye appeal of these 624 world-class gems that portray an incomprehensible consistency with regard to their eye pleasing brilliance!
