Meyer managed the Pirates five years from 1948 thru 1952, with the bygone catcher having played has last MLB season in 1917 with Connie Mack's Philadelphia Athletics. One of only two known signed 1952 Topps Meyer subjects, it shares the spotlight with another PSA 4 as the finest of its kind, proudly residing as one of the most elusive of all the scripted 1952 Topps cards!
