MINT KILLER!!! Harmon Killebrew owned the home run title during the 1960s, leading the American League six times over 11 seasons between 1959 and 1969 and clouting an astonishing 435 of his 573 career home runs during that span. His greatest year undoubtedly came in 1969 when he led the AL in HRs (49), RBI (140), walks (145) and on-base percentage (.427) to earn his one and only, but more than well-deserved, MVP Award. The 13-time All-Star garnered Top 5 MVP consideration on five other occasions during his career. In 1984, he joined a host of legendary Washington Senators/Minnesota Twins in Cooperstown. Presented here is an extraordinary 1955 Topps PSA MINT 9 rookie card of the Hall of Famer with only a single card grading PSA 10. Killebrew's image is affixed to a radiant yellow-hued background with the complete illustration depicting ultra-fine centering.
