1958 Harlem Globetrotters Original Poster with Wilt Chamberlain
Denied the option of entering the NBA prior to completing his studies at the University of Kansas, history's greatest "big man" opted for a year of play with the Harlem Globetrotters, earning the astronomical sum of $50,000 for his year of service. Here we find one of the few surviving artifacts from that brief partnership, printed to promote a January 6th game in Waterloo, Iowa. Terrific color artwork is showcased on the poster measures at an impressive 28" x 41" in size, with very light wear exhibited.
