1969 High-Grade Topps Basketball Near-Set (98) – Completely PSA-Graded All Near-Mint 7 or Better (7.55 GPA) with 59 PSA 8 or Better!!
Offered is a high-grade, near-set of 1969/70 Topps "Tall-Boy" basketball cards loaded with rookie cards from the likes of Walt Frazier, John Havlicek, Jerry Lucas, Willis Reed, Oscar Robertson and Wes Unseld, to name a few. This highly sought-after issuance featured the NBA giants on oversized versions of cardboard appropriately nicknamed "Tall Boys" as they measured 2-1/2" x 4-11/16" rather than the standard issue cards. The considerable size presents unmistakably large images of the game's best, but also made it a unique challenge for collectors to assemble the set in high-grade.
