Even the heralded "Uncle Jimmy Collection" did not include an autographed '33 Goudey #195 Evar Swanson subject, justifying why this ultra-rare offering merits the highest hobby accolades. Scripted "Evar Swanson" in approximate "7/8" strength across his classic batting image, the black fountain pen signature has retained a majority of its original luster. Furthermore, the card's obverse side also reveals eye catching aesthetics consistent with any "VG-EX+" example (there is a diminutive "43" notation situated near the verso's upper left corner). Swanson accumulated a .303 lifetime batting average in five MLB campaigns with Cincinnati and the Chicago White Sox, and this extremely rare "Pop 3" offering truly stands as one of his most significant heirlooms!
