RARE FIND!!! The name of Cap Anson is synonymous with 19th Century baseball. The Chicago stalwart was the game's first national "superstar." He was the best player of his era, and he captained several of the period's finest squads. Naturally, Anson was featured in most contemporary issues, but this likeness from Allen & Ginter's multi-sport "The World's Champions" series is certainly his most recognizable card.
