1958 Topps #487 Mickey Mantle All Star PSA 9 MINT
MICK ALL STAR!!! The Topps Chewing Gum Company decided to issue TWO Mantle cards in 1958, a standard issue along with a newly devised "All-Star" issue depicting "The Mick" in a classic swinging pose. Residing as one of Mantle's highly coveted cards, the #487 Topps subject is presented here in a breathtaking PSA Mint 9 holder, with not a SINGLE specimen graded higher!

The classic batting image emanates immaculate resolution, with the highly coveted bright white stars and orange/red background eluding any surface wear after 58-years. The near-perfect centering is virtually seen on the '58 All-Star issue with any of these subjects exhibiting skewed images. Razor sharp corner tips, no apparent surface flaws and blinding white borders complete this "timeless" offering that along with a number of other examples stands tall as the finest of its kind!
