Ultra-Rare 1959 Mickey Mantle Yoo-Hoo Unopened Bottle w/Mantle Bottle Cap
RARE MICK!!! Here is one you might not see for quite some time! Presented here is a miraculous 1959 UNOPENED Yoo-Hoo Chocolate Flavored Syrup Bottle with the ultra-desirable Mickey Mantle bottle cap affixed to the top. While loose bottle caps and empty bottles are not considered rare, finding a complete unopened bottle with the Mantle bottle cap is a near-impossible task. In the 1950's thru the early 60's, both Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra became official spokespersons for the popular Yoo-Hoo chocolate flavored drink, with many advertising posters, baseball cards and yoo-hoo canned and bottled soft drinks issued with their classic images.
Advanced memorabilia collectors actively pursue the empty bottles and loose bottle caps, virtually "throwing in the towel" on any attempt of capturing a complete unopened bottle with "The Mick's" portrait pose affixed to its metal cap. Yes, courtesy of Memory Lane, the seemingly impossible task of finding an opened Mantle bottle now surfaces as total reality. The bold and vivid brown, yellow & red hued Yoo-Hoo paper labeling shows no wear, with the critical Mickey Mantle bottle cap depicting a classic portrait pose of the immortal Yankee slugger. It is no secret that the "Commerce Comet" is the kingpin of the post-WWII market, and we simply cannot imagine a more amazing memento than this "spine-tingling" collectible that unquestionably resides as one of the few unopened Mantle Yoo-Hoo bottles extant! The cap is in NM condition and can be removed with no damage. Take a sip down Memory Lane!!!
