Sandy Koufax & John Roseboro Multi Signed 8" x 10" Photo PSA/DNA LOA
Offered here is an autographed 8" x 10" black & white glossy photo of Sandy Koufax and John Roseboro. On 8-22-65 Juan Marichal and Sandy Koufax were on the hill against each other. During the game, both pitchers were throwing at each other teams players and in the top of the 3rd inning with Marichal at the plate, Koufax thru a pitch inside and Roseboro dropped it. When he threw that ball back to Koufax, Marichal turned on Roseboro and took a bat to his head. Marichal claiming later, that the ball Roseboro threw back to Koufax clipped his ear. Roseboro went after Marichal and both teams emptied on the field. Mays actually was the key player to stop the maylay, but Roseboro got the worst of it, getting 14 stitches in the head and missing the next 2 games. A great photo signed by Koufax and Roseboro that is accompanied with a full LOA from PSA/DNA.
