This DOUBLE SIGNED Herb Pennock check was written on 4/3/43 for $25.00 to CASH and ALSO signed on the back by the Yankee Hall Of Famer. He was a member of the World Champion 1914 Athletics, the 1916 Boston Red Sox and four Yankees Series winners between 1923 and 1932, so let's hope this check is as lucky for the winning bidder as Herb himself was for the teams he represented. This tough personal check was filled out and signed entirely in the hand of the Hall of Fame southpaw just 5 years before his passing in 1948. Great addition to your 1927 Murderers Row Yankee collection.
