REGISTERED SET!!! One of the most obscure Topps compilations is their extremely condition sensitive 1967 Pinup Set that includes 32 subjects. Measuring approximately 5" x 7", these extremely colorful pinups were folded several times to fit within their standard wax pack, often resulting in creasing related tears, holes or overall serious surface damage. Seldom do high-grade examples surface, let alone mid-grade specimens due to the aforementioned condition issues with this somewhat scarce issue arguably considered the most fragile of all Topps inserts. One of the most appealing qualities of this set is that it includes an abundance of Cooperstown inductees, with 16 or 50% of the 32-subject gathering representing legendary Hall of Famers such as Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Clemente, Frank Robinson and so many more of our National Pastime's greatest post-WWII stars. Presented here just happens to be the #6 PSA Registered Set, that is new to the hobby, and has a GPA of 5.865 with just 1 grading less than PSA 5, as Ron Hunt is a PSA 3.
