(LOT 132)
Don Baylor's 2011 All-Star Game Ring – Becky Baylor Signed LOA

The 2011 All-Star game played at the Arizona Diamondback's Chase Field was played on July 12, 2011, with nearly 48,000 patrons on hand to watch the National League best the "Junior Circuit" by a 5-1 score. Prince Fielder's 3-run dinger was the "game-breaking" homer, with the sole American League run coming on Adrian Gonzalez's solo blast. N.L. manager Bruce Bochy would select Don Baylor as one of his coaches for this Mid-Summer classic, with this Sterling Silver 23 grams ring a prized keepsake from this momentous event. The approximate 11.5 size is consistent with Baylor's other rings and the synthetic "ruby red" center stone has lost none of its original luster.

The perimeter includes the following raised verbiage "ALL-STAR GAME - 2011", and two small diamonds are situated on the lower left and right (one on each side). The right-side shank portrays the classic N.L. Eagle/Baseball Diamond logo, with the left side depicting the following raised text: "MLB ALL-STAR GAME -2011" as well as the renowned MLB logo. The final exclamation point is the inner band's light scripted engraving that clearly reads: "D-backs – Best Places to Work - BALFOUR CEL". An outstanding ring that has retained a majority of its original pristine-like attributes, it stands as another steadfast reminder of the utmost respect and worship Don Baylor received from his adoring peers, having once again been selected as an honorary coach for the illustrious Mid-Summer Classic! - LOA from Becky Baylor
