NEAR SET!!! The extremely scarce "USA Test" version differs from Topps' regular series in that the cards were printed in the United States and come with only English text on their backs. "USA Test" specimens also have lighter wood-grain border tones than their English/French counterparts. Bright, clear printing also helps distinguish the difference between both series. Presented here is a near set of 61/66 cards including the Orr Rookie in a PSA 3 VG holder.
