This PSA Mint 9/OC Bill Dahlen Green background offering from the legendary Black Swamp E98 find stands alongside 7 other examples as the finest of its kind! Interestingly enough, PSA's illustrious "Pop" chart indicates that all six "Mint 9" green background Dahlen's carry an "OC" qualifier. One of the card hobby's most illustrious discoveries on record, the iconic 2012 Black Swamp, Ohio event produced a large amount of E98 near mint or better cards for a set that was always considered one of the most conditioned sensitive compilations extant.
