(LOT 21)
1959 Topps #509 Norm Cash Rookie Card (PSA Gem Mint 10) - "1 of 2: Highest Graded Example!

CASH ROOKIE 10!!!... Standout 1st baseman Norm Cash played 17 major league seasons with his first two campaigns with the Chicago White Sox in 1958 and 1959. It just so happens we proudly present his 1959 White Sox rookie card in a "perfect" PSA Gem Mint 10 holder; one of only two copies at this pinnacle plateau! Cash had his greatest season in 1961 when he clouted 41 round trippers as well as 132 RBI's and a league leading .361 batting average.

The slugging 1st baseman ended his career with 377 home runs, five all-star appearances and a 1968 world championship. Likewise, this extraordinary gem portrays the championship caliber required for the perfect 10 assessment including immaculate surfaces, near-"dead-on" 50/50 centering, vibrant hues and a razor sharp perimeter. Indeed, along with a single other example, this virtually "unique for the grade" keepsake proudly stands tall as the "best of the rest"!
