Bold royal blue and yellow hues project his uniform in grand fashion, and the entire image is well centered between four absolutely perfect white borders. Sharp corners, edging, bold jet black typography on the reverse side, and a flawless surface complete one of the most miraculous "pack-fresh" 1948 Leaf cards still surviving, defying 63 years of potential wear.
