Game Used Reggie Jackson Late 70's Bat PSA/DNA LOA

REGGIE GAME USED LUMBER!!! Offered is a late 70's Game Used Reggie Jackson Hickory Bat. This Adirondack 288RJ bat was used by Reggie in 1978-79. The bat shows evidence of excellent use with a handle crack. The finish on the bat and the gold lettering are flaking. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right, left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are cleat marks on the right barrel. The handle has been taped approximately 8.5 inches in a spiral pattern and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the taped handle. The model number (288R) is stamped into the knob. The "J" is missing from the model number stamp, but happened occasionally on bats. An extremely Rare bat, as Reggie used these bats for just 2 years and only a couple have ever been offered to the public. This bat belongs in the Hall of Fame. Comes with a detailed LOA from PSA/DNA. VERY RARE REGGIE LUMBER!!!
