1969 Topps Rulers Complete BVG-Graded Set of 23
The 1969-70 Topps Rulers set was one of the more unique issues with each ruler measuring 2-1/2" x 9-7/8" and featuring colorful cartoonish images of NBA players. Highlights include: BVG 9.5: Alcindor & Havlicek; BVG 9: Unseld, Lucas & Frazier; BVG 8.5: West; BVG 8: Chamberlain & Reed; and BVG 7: Robertson. The set as a whole has three BVG 9.5, eight BVG 9, six BVG 8.5, three BVG 8, one BVG 7.5, one BVG 6 and one BVG 4.5. Several of the Beckett holders have cracks that do not affect the cards.
