Jimmy Austin was captured by Charles Conlon in baseball's most famous photograph, "Cobb Sliding into Third" as the third baseman attempting to apply the tag on the base-stealing Ty Cobb in 1909. Offered here is another fielding image of Austin on his 1915 Cracker Jack #40 card graded 8 NM-MT by PSA. Only a pair of issues surpass this high-grade example. Sharp, colorful and clean.
