This 1928 MGM two-page artist agreement was signed by Howard Hughes and Louis B. Mayer. The agreement involves the loan of actress Renée Adorée, who was under contract with MGM, to Howard Hughes' Caddo Company, Inc., for a four-week period for the production of "The Mating Call." The loan cost Howard Hughes $10,000 for the four weeks. The agreement was signed in black ink by Hughes and Mayer and in our opinion rates a "9-10". Overall frame measures 30.5" x 25".
