Up for auction is an 11" tall, limited edition Gartlan statue of the legendary Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, masterfully crafted in pewter and depicting his iconic sky hook pose. This collectible is limited to only 500 pieces and is part of the exclusive "Artists Proofs" edition. This pewter statue is #370/500. Signed on the affixed plaque of the base, the autograph is clean, but the plaque has some scratches where Jabbar signed. Overall, in really nice shape and in our opinion a "9+" signature. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, a six-time NBA champion and the league's all-time leading scorer, is celebrated for his contributions to basketball and his trademark sky hook shot. This statue is a fitting tribute to his illustrious career and unparalleled impact on the sport.
