BROWNS LEGEND!!! Jim Brown was the very definition of one-of-a-kind. It's not too often that an athlete, at 21 years old, can go pro, joining an unfamiliar league and virtually turn it on its ear with his abundant talent. In 1957, Brown did just that as he led the league in rushing yards, rushing TDs and yards per game to win the Rookie of the Year Award and NFL MVP in his first season with the Cleveland Browns. He would proceed to lead the NFL in rushing and yards per game in every year he played from 1957 to 1965, except 1962. He would also lead the NFL in rushing TDs four more times and yards from scrimmage six times. He retired at 29. Imagine what could have been. Offered is his 1964 Philadelphia #30 card graded 9 MINT by PSA with only a single card graded higher.
