JIMMY BROWN!!! Jim Brown is considered the greatest running back in NFL history and continues to rank among the top five greatest athletes of the 20th century. After, quite literally, running away with the 1957 NFL Rookie of the Year and MVP Awards, Jim Brown destroyed all of the previous rushing records. He left the NFL after only nine seasons as the record holder for both single-season (1,863 in 1963) and career rushing (12,312 yards), as well as the all-time leader in rushing TDs (106), total TDs (126), and all-purpose yards (15,549). Only Peyton Manning (5) and Aaron Rodgers (4) have surpassed Brown's three career MVPs. This excellent mid-grade PSA EX 5 is a great example of his tough rookie card from 1958. The offered presents with wonderful centering, good corners and edging, and strong colors overall. The back reveals a bright, bold background but suffers from OC, likely contributing to the mid-grade assessment.
