TEACH!!! After earning All-American status in 1974 and 1975 with Notre Dame, Adrian Dantley was taken in the first round of the 1976 NBA Draft by the Buffalo Braves. In his first season in Buffalo, Dantley scored 1,564 points. Dantley played 15 seasons in the NBA, led the league in free throws five times and twice in points, and earned six NBA All-Star nods. He finished his career ninth in scoring (at the time of his retirement) with 23,177 points and was named to the Hall of Fame in 2008. Offered is a 1978 Topps #132 Adrian Dantley issue graded GEM MINT 10 by PSA. This last card in the set, always a difficult one to find in high-grade, is one of only a pair to reach this highest grade. Displaying exceptional color with Lakers purple and gold strongly hosting the forward's image within four blinding white borders and absolutely flawless surfaces.
