(LOT 149)
1952 Topps #403 High Number Signed Bill Miller Rookie Card PSA 3 VG Card Grade; PSA AUTH Auto - POP 1; Only One Example Graded Higher!

Deceased: 1993; Grade Pop: 1; Pop Higher: 1; Total Pop: 2
Another one of the handful of signed 1952 Topps subjects revealing only two known examples is this near-impossible to find PSA 3 VG Bill Miller #403 high number rookie card that is joined by only a single other example on the illustrious PSA population report! Indeed, PSA has only authenticated a measly two autographed '52 Topps Bill Miller cards, with the other specimen obviously tucked away in an esteemed private collection. Southpaw Bill Miller pitched three seasons with the Yankees from 1952-1954, with his inaugural MLB issue being this scripted 1952 Topps offering. While he will never be enshrined in Cooperstown, N.Y., the "Pop 2" rarity of this autographed masterpiece easily merits Hall of Fame cardboard stature!
