1934 Butterfinger Premiums R310 Lou Gehrig BGS 3 VG
The 1934 Butterfinger R310 Premiums have long been desirable due to the remarkably clear photographs featuring some of the great players of the game. Hall of Famers like Babe Ruth, Joe Cronin, Dizzy Dean, Jimmie Foxx and Lou Gehrig anchor this set of 7-3/4" x 9-1/2" premiums, printed on very thin paper stock; much thinner than the cardboard counterparts. Offered is #24 Lou Gehrig graded 3 VG by Beckett Vintage Grading due to the minor imperfections stemming from the fragility and nearly 100 years of storage. Toning and light wear are apparent at the corners with minimal unobtrusive abrasions on the obverse. The back shows slight toning as well with modest faint marks at center.
