1933 Goudey #227 Signed Billy Herman (PSA AUTHENTIC) – One of Only 11 PSA Encapsulated Specimens!
Second sacker Billy Herman was a ten-time all-star who played 15 seasons with four different ballclubs. The popular Hall of Famer was best known for his eleven years spent with the Cubs, and ended his career with an outstanding .304 batting average. One of his rarest signed artifacts is a 1933 Goudey #227 subject, presented here in a PSA Authentic holder and one of only eleven encapsulated examples. The bold blue ink "Billy Herman" script exhibits solid "8/9" strength, and other than several microscopic pinholes situated above his classic batting pose, no other glaring flaws are evident.
