Mickey Mantle Signed "Unlined" Index Card w/a 1951 Rookie-Era Signature -Museum Matted & Framed w/a Mantle Batting Photo – Full JSA/James Spence LOA

Here is one you don't see very often! Memory Lane is proud to offer a 1951 Mickey Mantle Rookie-Era black ball-point pen autograph scripted on an unlined index card. Seldom surfacing for the taking, this ultra-scarce 1951 Mantle signature has been magnificently museum matted & framed with an 8" x 10" color photo portraying Mantle in his classic batting stance. Framed to 14" x 18-3/4" dimensions, the presentation is absolutely breathtaking, with the elaborate gray "linen-textured" matte and cherry-wood frame elevating the significant 1951 "Mickey Mantle" 8/9 strength autograph to an extraordinary level.

As detailed on the JSA LOA, the index card measures approximately 3" x 5", and for full disclosure, the otherwise clean card reflects a diminutive upper right corner chip (a full image of the unframed signed index card is exhibited on the JSA LOA). Little did people realize in early 1951 that this youthful rookie from the coal mines of Commerce, Oklahoma would ultimately exhibit supernatural-like power never seen before on a baseball diamond, with "The Mick's" iconic tape measure homer runs testing the furthest confines of any ballpark. That alone secured Mantle's unparalleled legacy, substantiating why this rookie era signed index card merits a final resting place in any world-class autograph collection! – Full JSA/James Spence LOA
