Such an incredible signature, Gehringer signs on the signature line in a bold ball point pen graded a PSA/DNA GEM MINT 10. Written to the CAPUCHIN SEMINARY GUILD for $250.00 on September 2nd, 1987. Gehringer, nicknamed "The Mechanical Man", was a second baseman, coach, general manager, and team vice president, who played for the Detroit Tigers, for 19 seasons (1924–1942). He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, in 1949.
