Fred Clarke Signed Canceled Check PSA/DNA Encapsulated
Fred Clarke checks have been very tough to come by for decades. A small group recently came out which makes this check very affordable. A beautiful steel tip blue signature presents very nicely on this First National Bank Check written for $2.00 on March 1st, 1943. Died in 1960, Clarke batted over .300 in 11 different seasons. His 35-game hitting streak in 1895 was the 2nd longest in Major League history at the time. For 6 years, Clarke held the Major League record for wins by a manager. A great check from this BB HOF'er!
