Shortly after the opening of Shea Stadium in 1964, the stadium hosted an Old Timers Extravaganza! Attended by Legendary Baseball Hall Of Famers, Dignitaries, Owners and Fans. In ceremony, 11 of those elite penned their names on this Official National League Warren Giles Stamped Baseball. Players include JIMMIE FOXX, Joe DiMaggio, Gabby Hartnett, Hank Greenberg, Bill Dickey, Luke Appling, Warren Spahn, Ted Lyons, Bob Feller, Lefty Grove and Joe Cronin. In an unknown hand, one has written, "Mets Old Timers July 25th, 1964". Comes with auction LOA from PSA/DNA.
