Spectacular 1967 Topps Complete Pinup Set (32 Subjects w/31 PSA Graded) – 5.13 Weighted G.P.A. - #7 Set on the Current PSA Set Registry (31 Graded Subjects)
One of the most obscure Topps compilations is their extremely condition sensitive 1967 Pinup Set that includes 32 subjects. Measuring approximately 5" x 7", these extremely colorful pinups were folded several times to fit within their standard wax pack, often resulting in creasing related tears, holes or overall serious surface damage. Seldom do high-grade examples surface, let alone mid-grade specimens due to the aforementioned condition issues with this somewhat scarce issue arguably considered the most fragile of all Topps inserts. One of the most appealing qualities of this set is that it includes an abundance of Cooperstown inductees, with 16 or 50% of the 32-subject gathering representing legendary Hall of Famers such as Mantle, Mays, Aaron, Clemente, Frank Robinson and so many more of our National Pastime's greatest post-WWII stars. Presented here just happens to be one of the more formidable 1967 Pinup compilations; a 32-subject complete set that includes 31 PSA graded pinups (only "Sudden" Sam McDowell/subject #8 is un-graded and presents itself in "EX+" condition).

Tallying a sensational 5.13 Weighted GPA, this world-class offering is currently ranked 7th on PSA's illustrious Set Registry with a "memorylaneinc" title (a direct link to the PSA Registry is provided on our website). Along with the formidable number of legendary players, its additional popularity is directly linked to the brilliant hues emanating from each image, with each subject exhibiting a circle near the lower left quadrant that includes the players name, team, and position. The technical assessments for this remarkable offering primarily range in the "EX/5" to "EX-MT/6" level and include 11"PSA EX/MT 6's" (5 HOFs); 16 "PSA EX 5's" (9 HOFs); 3 "PSA 4's" (2 HOFs) ; and only a sole PSA 2 (Boog Powell). Our esteemed consignor obviously "cherry picked" virtually all of these eye pleasing pinups with a majority of their overall eye appeal outdistancing the rather strict technical assessments.
