This photo comes from the original owner out of New York. As a kid, this consignor had dinner with his father and the late, great Brooklyn Dodger and First African-American baseball player, Jackie Robinson. Consignor includes a letter which states, "I was 8 years old in 1951 and had the pleasure of meeting and having dinner with Jackie, even though I hated the Brooklyn Dodgers and was a big time Yankees fan... " The letter goes on to explain where his experience with Jackie Robinson. The inscription reads, "To Inwood Lodge B'Nai Brith, best wishes on your 5th anniversary, Jackie Robinson." Photo has been PSA/DNA LOA.
