1914 Cracker Jack #88 Christy Mathewson SGC 40 VG 3
SCARCE MATHEWSON!!!… Authenticated by SGC as a 40 VG 3. A clean example of one of the most desirable Cracker Jack cards issued in 1914. The front of the card has staining but displays bold color. The back of the card has light staining but it still displays a solid appearance. This set of Cracker Jacks is rarer than the 1915 set as they weren't issued to the public in set form. You had to buy the boxes of treats and save all 144 different players. MATHEWSON has always been the most important card from this series. Rarely seen in any condition, this one should get a lot of attention. BID TO OWN.
